I’m considering sharing more of my writing here on my blog

Is that something anyone is interested in, or nah?

I’ve never really shared much of it with anyone, but that’s a fear I’m trying to conquer because I would like to (eventually) publish a collection of poetry. The comments I’ve gotten from the two I’ve shared here seriously made my day,  or week, even. Like, I was genuinely shedding a few happy tears yesterday when I was looking at the comments from my April/National Poetry Month Wrap Up

So, what do you think? Should I start kinda regularly posting pieces?

About battybibliophile

If you’ve somehow found your way to this blog, hello! I created this blog for (mostly) book related posts. I’m not entirely certain about the potential content that will find its way here, but I have some ideas. I will probably use this space for reviewing books, posting short thoughts on what I’m reading (or planning to read), quotes, rants, etc.

Yes please! I would love to see your writing! As Nikki commented, it’s a wonderful way to remove the fear of sharing your personal writing. I envy people who are able to do this!

  2. I think you should! It’s a great way to get over the fear of sharing your writing. It’s also great for getting some feedback. Even though it might not be for every one of your followers, I’m sure there will be lots of people who would love to read your stuff (including myself). I say go for it! Especially if it makes you happy 😁❤
